Encanto, Casita Augustina and La Costa sit within a few blocks of each other, about five minutes' drive from historic downtown.
Encanto sleeps 6 on one level, with two king rooms, a twin room and a fenced lawn. Casita Augustina sleeps 7, with a king suite, a queen room, trundle daybeds that pull out into a king, and a courtyard with a fire pit. La Costa sleeps 8 over two floors, with two king rooms, a twin room, a queen sofa bed and a putting green. For up to 13, book Encanto and Casita Augustina together as the Sunshine Duo.

No. Lola and Jon have severe allergies, so pets cannot stay at any of the homes.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am at every home. Entry is by smart lock, with a personal code sent once you complete the short pre-arrival form.

No. Only registered guests may be at the homes, and large gatherings, parties and events are not permitted.
The homes are about five minutes by car from St. George Street and Flagler College, and 10 to 15 minutes from Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Beach and Vilano Beach.
Yes. Casita Augustina has a private driveway, La Costa has dedicated parking, and Encanto has free parking on the property and on the street.
Very little. Every home has beach chairs; Casita Augustina and La Costa add umbrellas and a cooler, and Encanto and La Costa have beach towels.
Yes. Encanto has a crib, a high chair and a twin room; Casita Augustina has a booster chair, a pack 'n play, kids' books and dinnerware; La Costa has games, books and supplies for children. All three have fenced backyards.
